These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ASuite IT Services website (the "Site") and, where applicable, the services described on it. By accessing the Site or engaging ASuite for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
ASuite IT Services ("ASuite," "we," "us," or "our") is an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions provider specializing in IBM Maximo implementation, customization, support, and SaaS delivery for organizations across the MENA region.
This Site describes our service lines, including our SaaS Offering, Maximo Implementation, Maximo Support Services, Facilities Management Audits, and cost estimates for FM contracts. Descriptions on this Site are for general informational purposes and do not themselves constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and service levels for any engagement are set out in a separate signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between you and ASuite, which will take precedence over any general description on this Site in the event of a conflict.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or any related network.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, workflow diagrams, and the ASuite name and marks — is the property of ASuite or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference, but may not reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. The IBM Maximo name and related marks belong to IBM and its licensors; references to third-party platforms and integrations (including Oracle EBS, SAP, and YARDI) are for identification purposes and do not imply endorsement.
Our services may involve integrating with, or operating on top of, third-party platforms such as IBM Maximo, Oracle EBS, SAP, YARDI, WhatsApp, SMS gateways, and email providers. Your use of those platforms is subject to the applicable third party's own terms, and ASuite is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of systems we do not own.
In the course of an engagement, ASuite may receive access to confidential business information, systems, and data. We treat such information as confidential and use it solely to deliver the agreed services, consistent with the confidentiality terms of your specific service agreement.
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ASuite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. Liability arising from a specific service engagement is governed exclusively by the limitation of liability clause in the applicable signed service agreement.
We may suspend or restrict access to this Site at any time, without notice, for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. Termination of a specific service engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable signed service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction specified in your signed service agreement with ASuite. For matters relating solely to use of this Site where no service agreement is in place, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ASuite IT Services is registered.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Site or services. The "Last updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
